Starting in July, 2021 and continuing till January 2022, groups of employees will be selected to register for MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator App. Please see our Contact page for detailed ITS locations and hours of service: Getting Startedīefore proceeding it’s recommended to review “What are the differences between the two MFA options?” below to decide which method you’d like to proceed with. Student Central and Employee Learning Exchange in-person support is available by appointment only. If you have any problems setting up your VPN, ITS Support is available Mon-Fri 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. VPN set up instructions for employees are provided on the Microsoft Authenticator Help page. Students in programs and courses which are not VPN approved, must have their Professor or Chair contact ITS to request access. Students who are registered in a Remote Access approved course/program will have access to (VPN). ![]()
